
Ingredients:

2 medium zucchinis, spiralized

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tbsp coconut aminos or low-sodium tamari

Optional: shredded carrot, chopped scallion, sesame seeds
Instructions:

Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.

Add zucchini noodles, toss for 2–3 mins until just tender.

Stir in coconut aminos, top with scallions and sesame seeds.
