Instructions:

Mix the Base:
In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and almond milk until smooth. -
Add Chia Seeds:
Stir in chia seeds until evenly combined. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. -
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. It will thicken into a pudding-like texture. -
