Instructions:

Mix Dry: In a large microwave-safe mug (12-14 oz), whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Add Wet: Pour in the sweetener, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until the batter is just smooth; do not overmix.
