Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

¾ cup pumpkin puree
 - 
2 tbsp olive oil
 - 
2 tbsp maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

½ tsp cinnamon
 - 
Pinch of salt
 
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - 
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
 - 
Scoop small spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
 - 
Flatten slightly with a spoon.
 - 
Bake for 12–15 minutes.
