Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

¾ cup pumpkin puree

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Scoop small spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.

Flatten slightly with a spoon.
