2 tablespoons nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)

¼ cup chopped walnuts or dark chocolate chips (optional)

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional for extra fiber)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add the oats, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and nut butter. Stir until well combined.

Fold in any optional add-ins like walnuts, chocolate chips, flaxseed, or chia seeds.

Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
