Grilled Peach & Basil Skewers with Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe but firm peaches, sliced into thick wedges

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Optional: Cubes of firm halloumi or grilled tofu

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Alternate peach wedges, basil leaves, and protein on skewers.

  2. Brush with olive oil.

  3. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until charred.

  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
