2 ripe but firm peaches, sliced into thick wedges

Fresh basil leaves

Optional: Cubes of firm halloumi or grilled tofu

1 tbsp olive oil

Balsamic glaze for drizzling
 
Instructions:

Alternate peach wedges, basil leaves, and protein on skewers.
