Gout-Friendly Spring Detox Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale (stems removed)
  • 1 green apple (cored, chopped)
  • 1/2 cucumber (chopped)
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1-inch ginger (peeled, grated)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh/frozen)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend: Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if desired.
  3. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Tips:

  • Sweetness: Add honey or a banana for sweetness.
  • Protein: Include protein powder if desired.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
