Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of sea salt

1/2 lemon (for squeezing after roasting)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cauliflower before serving.
