Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 lemon (for squeezing after roasting)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cauliflower before serving.
