
Ingredients:

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)

1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 tbsp sliced almonds (optional)
Instructions:

In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well.

Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours).

Before serving, top with fresh berries and sliced almonds.
