Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well.

  2. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours).

  4. Before serving, top with fresh berries and sliced almonds.
