
Ingredients:

2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped

1 ripe avocado

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 small garlic clove

Juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp olive oil

Handful of fresh basil or mint

Salt + pepper to taste

Optional: splash of water for desired consistency
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Taste and adjust seasoning.

Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.

Garnish with cucumber ribbons, microgreens, or a swirl of yogurt.
