
Ingredients:

1½ cups plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup tart cherries, chopped (fresh or thawed from frozen)

2 tbsp chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)

Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Spread the yogurt mixture onto the parchment (about ½ inch thick).

Top with cherries and optional nuts.

Freeze for 3–4 hours or until firm.

Break into bark pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.
