Frozen Tart Cherry Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup tart cherries, chopped (fresh or thawed from frozen)

  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  3. Spread the yogurt mixture onto the parchment (about ½ inch thick).

  4. Top with cherries and optional nuts.

  5. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until firm.

  6. Break into bark pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.
