Ingredients:
- 1 apple, cored and chopped (leave the skin on for extra fiber)
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
 - 1/2 frozen banana
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/4 turmeric powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
 - Ice cubes (optional)
 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients. Core and chop the apple. Measure out the spices, chia seeds, and honey (if using).
 - Blend. Add apple, almond milk, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, cinnamon, turmeric powder, ground ginger, chia seeds, and honey to the blender. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
 - Serve. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for garnish, if desired. Enjoy immediately for the best taste and nutritional benefits.
