
Ingredients:

2 cups sparkling mineral water (unsweetened)

1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger (or a pinch of ground)

1/4 tsp ground turmeric

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the "mother")

1–2 tsp raw honey or a dash of stevia (optional, to taste)

Pinch of black pepper (to activate the turmeric)
Instructions:

In a glass or shaker, combine ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey/stevia.

Stir or shake well to dissolve.

Pour over ice and top with chilled sparkling water.

Stir gently, sprinkle in the black pepper, and enjoy!
