Roasted Salmon with Garlic & Rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges and fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, then top with minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges and rosemary sprigs before serving.
