Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Lemon wedges and fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
 
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, then top with minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
 - Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets, then season with salt and pepper.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
 - Garnish with lemon wedges and rosemary sprigs before serving.
