Mango Passion Fruit Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen passion fruit pulp
  • 1-2 cups fresh kale
  • 2 Medjool dates (for natural sweetness)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water for a lighter smoothie)
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend mango, passion fruit, kale, dates, and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes if desired, and blend again.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing, antioxidant-packed drink!
